How is my order packaged for delivery?
We prioritize your privacy. All orders are shipped in plain, discreet packaging with no mention of PinkCherry or the contents on the outside of the box.
What are your shipping rates within Canada?
We offer free standard shipping on all Canadian orders over $59. For orders below this amount, a flat-rate shipping fee is applied at checkout.
What is your return policy for personal items?
Due to the intimate nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on opened or used items for health and safety reasons. Unopened products in original packaging may be returned within 30 days.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express, as well as PayPal and Sezzle for interest-free installments.
How can I track my shipment?
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive an email containing a Canada Post or courier tracking number to monitor your delivery status.
Are your products covered by a warranty?
Most of our electronic devices come with a manufacturer's warranty. If you experience a defect, please contact our customer service team to facilitate a claim or replacement.
